Eligibility to enter
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. The promoter's employees and their immediate family and household members, and employees and their immediate families and household members of the promoter's parent company (Jumbo Interactive Limited) and its associated subsidiaries, are prohibited from participating in this prize draw.

Starting date and closing date
This prize draw began on Mon 02 Oct 2023 and will close on Sat 28 Oct 2023 at 8pm. Any ticket purchases after the closing date will not be considered qualifying purchases for the purpose of this prize draw.

Further information on how to enter
Each ticket purchased on Guildford Community Lottery or another participating lottery before the closing date will provide you with one entry into this prize draw. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Please note that:

Entries that do not comply with these rules will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.

In circumstances where we have not received payment for your ticket (for instance, if you pay by direct debit and your payment date falls after the date of the prize draw), your ticket will still be eligible for entry into his prize draw. However, if you are selected as a winner and we do not receive full payment for your ticket on the due date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining entries.

Prize
The prize is as described below. The prize may only be awarded to the winner and is non-transferable.

Selection of the winner
The winner of this prize draw will be selected using random number generator (RNG) software from all eligible entries in accordance with these rules. There will be one winner selected.

Notifying the winner
The promoter will notify the winner by telephone, email and/or letter within two (2) weeks of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).

Publicity and personal information
We will use your personal information to process your entry and to contact you about your entry in accordance with our Privacy notice.
The surname and county of the winner will be published on the Guildford Community Lottery website and the websites of other participating lotteries. If you do not want your surname and county to be published, please email [email protected] prior to the closing date of this prize draw.
You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this prize draw if you are selected as the winner.

Applicable law; forum for disputes
The laws of England and Wales apply to these rules. Any disputes relating to this prize draw or these rules will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you are a resident of Scotland, you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of Scotland.

The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to make reasonable changes to these rules. Such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this webpage. Cancellation due to circumstances outside of the promoter's control
The promoter reserves the right to cancel this prize draw if circumstances outside of the promoter's control prevent the promoter from operating this prize draw, including but not limited to the following events: acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war or disturbance, war or armed conflict, imposition of sanctions or breakoff of diplomatic relations, action taken by a government or public authority, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, cyber attack or interruption or failure of utility service.

Hotelgift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase); 1x £500 prepaid Mastercard.
The £1,500 cash alternative will be supplied in the form of one or more prepaid Mastercard(s) totalling £1,500 value.
Prizes should be treated as cash – once delivery has been made, Gatherwell will not be held responsible for any loss that occurs.
